La Piccola Cucina – Festival Edition: An Educational children cooking class led by our Chef Tiziana Triolo. The little Chefs will enjoy making Tartufini al cocco e ricotta (Coconut and ricotta Truffles ).Limited seating – $5 on-site per child

Premium Italian Wine Tasting: An Introduction to Vino Italiano presented by Philip Cusimano (Limited Seating. Tickets are only $15. BUY AND PRINT TICKETS NOW!! to reserve your seat.) – Italy is by far the World largest exporter of Wine. And no country is more in love with Vino Italiano than the United States. Join us in a formal “sit down” tasting of five of Italy’s most important wines, including both the “ground breaking” “Super Tuscan” as well as the incomparable Nebbiolo (the unique grape of both Barolo and Barbaresco). Other wines in this flight include: Gavi Di Gavi, Barbera d’Alba and Chianti Classico. Each offering in this tasting was sourced from relatively low-yielding vineyards utilizing Artisanal techniques. Tasting Tour of Italian Wine- Wine Sampling Event. Italy is without question the wine capital of the world; the Italian peninsula and its adjoining islands produce more Vino than any other country, as well as being home to the greatest variety of grape types. Beviamo International, Houston’s leader in fine Italian wines, is pleased to offer a “Tasting Tour of Italy”. This is a special opportunity to sample 12 wines (1oz. per wine), representing many of Italy’s most important regions. You will find many familiar types of Italian Wine, as well as perhaps, discovering some that you have never had the opportunity to sample. All wines in this Tour are from low yield “Boutique” vineyards and are not representative of the commercial bulk wine so prevalent in the market. Don’t miss this opportunity to taste these wines, get the story behind the label and speak to wine professionals. “Jump Start” your Italian palate while drinking wines like the Italians. – Admission Fee on-site – $10.
